The outdoor temperature sensor "MQ1000 Pro" by MeeQ Engineering is specifically designed for use in vehicle development. Compared to other manufacturers, this sensor is known for its exceptional precision, with a maximum deviation of only 0.5K (Type K).

Even at high speeds in modern sports cars, the Sensor operates reliably and provides accurate measurements.
The sensor housing is designed using 3D CFD flow simulation to minimize disruption of the vehicle's aerodynamics. Simultaneously, the sensor's inner chamber is optimized for homogeneous airflow over the measuring unit, regardless of speed, through a pre-chamber, also utilizing 3D CFD flow simulation.

Each Type K or PT1000 thermocouple of the "MQ1000" is calibrated using a PT1000 reference source to ensure high accuracy and reliability of measurements.
The "MQ1000 Pro" features a real chrome coating, setting it apart from the "MQ1000," especially in sunny and warm areas. This coating prevents heating from sunlight and ensures accurate ambient temperature measurement, particularly in high sun exposure conditions..
